Joely Anne Ramos Pacheco is a people-focused professional with a diverse background in healthcare, customer service, and leadership. With experience in home health care, veteran assistance, and customer service roles, she now serves as a Manager at McDonald’s, where she leads teams, delivers excellent guest experiences, and drives daily operations.

She studied Nursing and Nail Technology, giving her a strong foundation in both care-based service and technical skill. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Joely is proud of her roots and brings that same passion, warmth, and dedication into everything she does.
